EmployZA Interactive Demo – Terms of Use & Privacy Notice

1. Demonstration Purpose Only

This website (interactivedemo.employza.co.za) is provided solely for preview, evaluation, and demonstration purposes. It does not constitute a live recruitment service, employment agency, or operational job placement platform.

2. Fictional Data

All candidate profiles, employer accounts, messages, ratings, match scores, and location details displayed within this demo are entirely fictional. Any resemblance to actual persons (living or deceased), existing businesses, or real temporary job listings is purely coincidental.

3. Demo Privacy & Local Processing

Except as provided in Section 4 below:

  • No personal information, browsing history, or candidate interactions performed within this interactive demo are collected, stored on remote servers, or transmitted to third parties.
  • All interactive demo features run locally within your browser session.

4. Waitlist & Pre-Launch Email Collection (POPIA Notice)

If you voluntarily submit your email address via the landing page form (“Be first in line”):

  • Purpose: Your email address will be processed strictly to notify you when official EmployZA registration opens in your province and to send occasional pre-launch platform updates.
  • Consent & Voluntary Provision: Joining the waitlist is completely voluntary and does not create a registered Candidate or Employer account.
  • Data Protection & Opt-Out: In accordance with South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), EmployZA will never sell, rent, or share your email address with unauthorized third parties. You may unsubscribe from launch notifications at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in any waitlist email.

5. No Employment Relationship or Guarantee

  • Platform Status: EmployZA is an independent technology provider, not an employer, co-employer, labour broker, temporary employment service, or recruitment agency.
  • No Direct Contracts: EmployZA does not enter into employment contracts, direct temporary work execution, handle payroll, manage wage payments, or process statutory deductions (including PAYE, UIF, or COIDA).
  • No Guarantee: Joining the pre-launch waitlist or exploring the interactive demo does not guarantee job placement, candidate availability, or employment contracts.

6. Changes to Terms and Demo Availability

EmployZA reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any portion of this demo or these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Continued access to the demo following published changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
